How to Create Custom Cards and Badges

Design branded cards, upload assets, and batch-generate personalized badges directly from your member database.

1) Create your custom card or badge design

  • Start from the template gallery, then customize colors, typography, and layout to match your brand.
  • Add data-bound fields (name, role, member ID, expiration date) so each card is automatically personalized.
  • Save reusable templates for recurring print cycles and new member onboarding.

2) Upload your logo and member headshots

  • Upload organization logos once and reuse them across templates.
  • Optionally rename each image to have the member's name and position.
  • Optionally export your images to a CSV file and import to a data file in your database.

3) Create cards individually or in batches

  • Edit a template in the card designer and save cards individually if you only have a few to create.
  • If you have several cards to make, export your images to a CSV and import into a data file.
  • Select all desired rows in your data file and choose the "Create Cards" action. Map your data file fields to the appropriate template fields.
